Golden Memory
AI autobiography creation service — Turning senior life stories into books
AI Autobiography Engine
Seniors create their autobiography in one of two ways: Visual mode (reading the screen and answering by voice or keyboard) or Voice mode (fully spoken, no screen needed). Answers run through an 8-step AI pipeline (image → STT → vision → writer → sync → layout → tagger → reviewer), and the final reviewer step performs PII masking and AI review.
Dual-Mode E-Book Viewer
A proprietary viewer with autobiography mode (edited text + page-level audio playback) and original mode (speech-recognized text with word-level gold highlight karaoke synced to audio). Every autobiography opens with no authentication, and all pages are free to read for anyone.
Free E-Books, Revenue Donated (Planned)
Every completed e-book is free for anyone to read. As revenue arises in the future, the plan is to donate the entire surplus, after operating costs, to a volunteer center in the senior's name.
Volunteer Network
Volunteers personally interview seniors and digitize photos. A systematic matching, training, and management system with official 1365 volunteer hours recognition builds a scalable infrastructure.
AI Hallucination Prevention
8 absolute rules and a multi-stage validation system (proper noun sampling, year hallucination detection, forbidden phrase check) ensure AI never distorts facts. A 4-step consent process (personal info, voice/face, overseas transfer, marketing/salon) respects seniors' wishes.
Transparency Reports & Salon
A system automatically generates monthly reports so donation and operations can be disclosed transparently. Salon events foster a community of seniors and volunteers, with consent-based video sharing in preparation.
CS Inquiry & Ticket System
Inquiries submitted from anywhere on the site automatically create a CS ticket. Category-based priority routing and 48-hour auto-escalation of unhandled tickets keep anything from slipping through.
Lifecycle Management
Comprehensive handling of sensitive life events: senior death (book locking, family options, unpaid settlement), content disputes (immediate privacy, 3-type resolution), and consent withdrawal (immediate account deletion and anonymization).
